Business Analyst
This position is responsible for managing the relationship with Avista and the business application of the Avista system. Provides system-level support of multi- user system, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems. Identifies alternatives for optimizing computer resources. Responsible for leading and coordinating all application development, maintenance, support and administration efforts for all in-house developed and vendor provided Business Software Applications and databases, specifically Avista and other systems as assigned. Provides strategic direction for the software needs of the organization, including developing, installing, maintaining, and modifying advanced mortgage application programs, business application programs, or integrated programs. This position also identifies and analyzes user requirements and recommends appropriate applications or modifications. All work involves a wide range of responsibilities in the overall application development, requiring application of highly specialized knowledge of Avista’s development tools, techniques and methodologies.

Senior Staff Accountant
Employee will be responsible for auditing all closed loan documentation for completion and the funding and delivery to various Government Agencies. Employee will be responsible for resolution of any file discrepancies and communicating such to management. Additional job responsibilities will be required upon request and availability.
